Method:
- Fill wok with canola oil and start to heat on low
- Break chocolate into squares and set aside
- Whisk egg in bowl and set aside
- Separate won ton wrappers and place first one on a chopping board
- In one corner of the wrapper place a small piece of chocolate and 1 marshmallow
- Seal edges of wrapper with egg wash
- Bring edges of won ton wrapper together to create a triangle
- From there you can pinch the two ends together and seal to create the won ton
- Repeat the process for remaining ingredients
- Check canola oil is ready by dipping the end of a wooden spoon into the oil. If bubbles appear it is ready
- Using extra long tongs gently lower won tons into the oil 4-5 at a time and continue to turn in oil until brown *Note some filling may come out of won tons if not sealed tightly
- Once browned remove won tons from the oil and drain on paper towel
- Serve immediately
Note: Chocolate buds or choc chips may also be used as a substitute for a block of chocolate
