  • 12 So Soft Jumbo Marshmallows
  • 200g Milk chocolate (good quality)
  • 300g Shredded coconut

Directions

Method:

  • Melt chocolate in a microwave safe container for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each interval
  • Sprinkle coconut generously onto a large plate or tray
  • With a fork pick up a So Soft Jumbo Marshmallow and coat with chocolate
  • Immediately toss the chocolate coated marshmallow into the coconut, then place onto baking paper
  • Refrigerate for 30 mins, then serve

Note: These do not need to be kept in the refrigerator once set, just keep in an air tight container.
