- Place milk chocolate into a large microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 secs at a time. Be sure to stir between cooking, until chocolate is completely melted
- Roughly chop raspberry lollies and So Soft Twists. Add to melted chocolate together with peanuts and rice bubbles
- Line a small square cake tin with baking paper and pour in mixture. Place in refrigerator overnight to set
- Turn Rocky Road out of tin and cut with a sharp knife into bite size pieces and serve
*Note: To achieve a clean edge on your Rocky Road Twists, dip knife into boiling water before each cut.
