  • 100 g So Soft Twists
  • 300g Milk chocolate
  • 190g Allen’s raspberry lollies
  • 1/2 cup Crushed peanuts
  • 1/2 cup Rice bubbles

Directions

Method:

  • Place milk chocolate into a large microwave safe bowl and cook for 30 secs at a time. Be sure to stir between cooking, until chocolate is completely melted
  • Roughly chop raspberry lollies and So Soft Twists.  Add to melted chocolate together with peanuts and rice bubbles
  • Line a small square cake tin with baking paper and pour in mixture.  Place in refrigerator overnight to set
  • Turn Rocky Road out of tin and cut with a sharp knife into bite size pieces and serve

*Note: To achieve a clean edge on your Rocky Road Twists, dip knife into boiling water before each cut.
