Apricot Marshmallow Balls

  • 250g Dried Apricots
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 150g Marie Biscuits
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 2 cups So Soft Mini Marshmallows

Directions

Method:

  • Chop dried apricots in a food processor and set aside
  • Add Marie biscuits to food processor and blend
  • Pour condensed milk into biscuits and blend until combined
  • Mix through So Soft Mini Marshmallows and dried apricots with a wooden spoon
  • Using a tablespoon, roll mixture into balls and roll in coconut
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve
