Choc Banana & Marshmallow Pastries

  • 3 sheets Frozen Puff Pastry
  • 5 Bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate melts
  • 18-20 So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup So Soft Mini Marshmallows



  • Mash bananas in a large bowl
  • Cut each puff pastry sheet horizontally in half and allow to defrost
  • Place some mashed banana down the centre of the pastry
  • Add approximately 10 chocolate melts to cover the banana in the centre
  • Put 3 marshmallows in a row down the middle
  • To create the look in the picture, using a knife make diagonal cuts from the centre to the far outer edge all the way down the pastry and repeat on the other side
  • Bring one side of the pastry into the middle, followed by the other side, like a plait
  • Egg wash the tops of the pastry and bake on 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

Note: So Soft Mini Marshmallows can also be added to the centre. This is best served immediately accompanied by some ice cream and makes 6 pasties.
