Marshmallow Popcorn Trail Mix

  • 6 cups Salted Popcorn
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 8 So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows
  • 3 cups Pretzels
  • 180g M&Ms



  • Line a large baking tray with baking paper
  • Add popcorn to a large bowl
  • Melt down butter and brown sugar on low heat and add So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows and whisk until completely melted
  • Pour immediately over popcorn and mix with a wooden spoon to completely cover
  • Turn out popcorn onto lined baking tray and sprinkle over pretzels and m&ms and allow to set
  • Once popcorn is set you can break up the mixture and eat
  • Be sure to store in an airtight container
