Method:

• Mix Rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut, cocoa and So Soft Mini Marshmallows in a large bowl
• Melt Copha on low heat and allow to cool
• Add Copha to rice bubble mixture and stir well until combined
• Spoon mixture into paper patty pans and refrigerate overnight
