Raspberry & Vanilla Marshmallow Ice cream

  • 300g So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows
  • 1 ltr tub Good quality Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 200g Good quality Milk Chocolate

Directions

Method:

  • Place So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows onto a lined baking tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
  • Once marshmallows are baked, remove from oven and set aside
  • Place vanilla ice cream in food processor and blend on medium for 1 minute
  • Add toasted marshmallows to ice cream and continue to blend until just combined. Some larger chunks will be visible
  • Remove ice cream and place into bowl and add chocolate chunks or choc chips
  • Tip ice cream mix into the original ice cream container and freeze overnight

*Serve in waffle cones or sandwich between 2 thin waffles. Drizzle with chocolate sauce to make the ultimate dessert
