Method:
- Place So Soft Pink & White Marshmallows onto a lined baking tray and bake in oven at 180 degrees until golden brown
- Once marshmallows are baked, remove from oven and set aside
- Place vanilla ice cream in food processor and blend on medium for 1 minute
- Add toasted marshmallows to ice cream and continue to blend until just combined. Some larger chunks will be visible
- Remove ice cream and place into bowl and add chocolate chunks or choc chips
- Tip ice cream mix into the original ice cream container and freeze overnight
*Serve in waffle cones or sandwich between 2 thin waffles. Drizzle with chocolate sauce to make the ultimate dessert
